In my kitchen, I carefully choose only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients—just like I do for my own family. Most of the ingredients I use are organic, and I cook exclusively with extra virgin olive oil, ghee, avocado or coconut oil. I also ensure that only certified purified water goes into my recipes. 99% of my ingredients are gluten-free, all grains are soaked for 12 - 48 hrs and sprouted and every dish is naturally sweetened—because I believe in nourishing our bodies with real, wholesome food made with love and care. When it comes to feeding the people we love, only the best will do!

You might not be familiar with some of the ingredients I often use in my kitchen, but trust me—they are what I call 'God's food.' They don't just add delicious flavor; they also provide amazing nourishment to our body and soul. Celery root supports digestive health, boosts immunity, promotes heart health, and has anti-inflammatory properties. Malanga is rich in fiber, good for blood sugar control, and packed with nutrients like vitamins C, B6, E, potassium, and magnesium. Tahini is full of healthy fats, a good source of calcium and protein, and supports heart health. Dates are natural energy boosters, packed with antioxidants, and rich in fiber. These are just a few examples of what you will experience with my food.
